Orbital Industries are delighted to be recruiting for a Level 3 Apprenticeship Customer Services/Customer Support role within our office based in Tamworth. You will be part of a team working on our take-away products that we sell into a variety of different food outlets. It is a very exciting and dynamic opportunity for someone who is looking to start their career in customer support and progress further within the organisation.
 
You will embark on a 15 month Level 3 Customer Services Apprenticeship and then after a period of 2 or 3 years you will have the opportunity to become a Sales Account Manager to help grow the business even further.
 
Initially you will work closely with our BDM and Purchasing department while you are learning about the role.
 
Duties will include:
Spending on the telephone speaking to existing customers to start with and then progressing to making calls to potential customers
to increase customer growth by interacting and building relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring achievement of personal and business growth to achieve our profit for the business
Up-selling opportunities within existing accounts and maintain good business relationships in order to retain the business.
