Envior offer FREE delivery on all orders over £100 (excluding VAT) to any delivery address within the mainland England, Wales and Scotland. Delivery charges on all orders under £100 (excluding VAT) to mainland UK will be charged at £4.99 + VAT an order.

If you want Next Day Delivery before 10:30am – £20.00
If you want Next Day Delivery before 12:00pm – £15.00

For deliveries to none mainland UK, there will be the below charges for all deliveries:

Envior Despatch Times:

Envior’s working hours are Monday-Friday 9:00 to 17:00. The cut off for next day delivery is 14:00. We do not offer deliveries on Bank Holidays. All orders are despatched Monday-Friday and if taken after 14:00 will be sent out the following working day.

Please note that on some occasions, deliveries can be made outside of the promised dates and times due to circumstances out of our control. If your delivery is late for any reason, please get in touch with [email protected] and we will investigate this matter further. We reserve the right to cancel or amend delivery charges dependent upon order value and location. For deliveries further than stated above, please get in touch and we will be happy to provide you with a quote. All prices are excluding VAT.

Envior Returns Policy:

We hope you will not need to send your items back to us, however if there are any issues with your products, please do get in touch with us and we will be happy to look into this for you. All goods can be returned up to 14 working days starting from the day of receipt. All products are returned at your own cost, must in the original packaging they were sent in, unused and undamaged. All goods remain the responsibility of the customer until the goods have been received by Envior.

Please email [email protected] and one of our team members will be in touch with our returns form. Please fill in the returns form with all the appropriate information and place this within your package you are returning. We will not be able to accept your return without the returns form being filled in, in full, and placed within your parcel. We will only accept returns in full pack quantities and therefore we cannot offer refunds on any partial pack quantities. Refunds from Envior do not cover delivery charges. Unwanted or incorrectly ordered goods may be subject to a £15.00 or 25% +  VAT restocking charge which ever is greater. Refunds will be processed 3-5 working days after receipt of goods returned.
