What are Envior opening times?
Envior head office is open:
- Monday – 9am – 5pm
- Tuesday – 9am- 5pm
- Wednesday – 9am- 5pm
- Thursday – 9am- 5pm
- Friday – 9am- 5pm
- Saturday – Closed
- Sunday – Closed
The office is closed over Bank Holiday and weekends; however, orders can still be placed through the website. All orders will be despatched the next working day.
How can I contact Envior?
Please visit the ‘contact us’ page. Here you will find email and phone numbers to get in touch. You can also contact us through the chat bot at the bottom of the screen where one of our friendly team will be on hand to help.
Is it possible to order without an account?
You have the option at the point of checkout to register as an account customer or continue as a guest. Registering an account has added benefits, allowing to easily reorder and view past order details.
When will I receive my order?
You can see our delivery and returns policy by clicking on 'Delivery & Returns' at the bottom of this page.
Where can I see my previous orders?
Your previous orders can be found within your account. Please log in to your account to view. You can create an account at the point of checkout, or by clicking on the account icon on the top right hand side of our website.
Can I collect my order?
Some of the items will be available for collection. Please contact our office on 0121 289 4295 for more information and to see if our items are available for collection. Collection would take place from our offices in Tamworth, Staffordshire.
What do I do if I want to log a complaint?
We sincerely hope you will not be in a position to want to raise a complaint. However, if you do want to log a complaint for our team to investigate, please email sales@envior.co.uk with the subject ‘Complaint’. We will aim to get back to you straight away, however please allow 24-48 hours for our team to investigate and get back to you.
Do I get better prices for larger quantities?
Yes, the bigger the order, the bigger the saving! If you would like to place a large order of a specific product code, please get in touch to see if we have it in stock and if we can offer extra savings for you. Call us on 0121 289 4295 to place your order.
How can I return items?
Goods can be returned up to 14 working days starting from the day of receipt. All products are returned at your own cost, must in their original packaging, unused and undamaged. All goods remain the responsibility of the customer until the goods have been received by Envior. Please email returns@envior.co.uk and one of our team members will be in touch with our returns form. Please fill in the returns form will all the appropriate information and place this within your package you are returning. We will not be able to accept your return without the returns form being filled in and placed within your parcel. We will only accept returns in full pack quantities. We cannot offer refunds on any partial pack quantities. Refunds do not cover delivery charges. Unwanted or incorrectly ordered goods may be subject to a £15.00 or 25% + VAT restocking charge which ever is greater. Refunds will be processed 3-5 working days after receipt of goods returned.
What is the minimum quantity I can order?
All products are sold either by sleeve or by box quantity. This enables us to offer you the best possible price on these products. Ordering by the box will allow for the best possible price. All product quantities can be found within the product descriptions on each page.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through World Pay. You can also check out using your PayPal account. We also offer credit facility upon successful application.
Can I place an order any other way than online?
We accept orders online, over the phone and via email. Please call 0121 289 4295 or alternatively please email sales@envior.co.uk for larger orders and one of our dedicated expert sales team members will be available to help you.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an automated e-mail with the tracking information as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse. You will also be able to log in to your account to access the tracking reference. All parcels are sent through DPD.

How are my personal details stored?
When you register for an online account, you will be asked to enter your details in order to complete your order. Here you can save delivery addresses and other information in order to save time when placing future orders.
