Shipping policy
Delivery Information:
Envior offer FREE delivery on all orders over £125 (including VAT) to any delivery address within the mainland England, Wales and Scotland. Delivery charges on all orders under £125 (including VAT) to mainland UK will be charged at £6.99 + VAT an order.
Envior Despatch Times:
Envior’s working hours are Monday-Friday 9:00 to 17:00. The cut off for next day delivery is 14:00. We despatch all UK mainland orders with DPD on a Next Day Delivery, however we cannot guarantee your order will reach you next day on every occasion, and therefore cannot offer a refund on orders that don't reach you in time. We do not offer deliveries on Bank Holidays. All orders are despatched Monday-Friday and if taken after 14:00 will be sent out the following working day.
Please note that on some occasions, deliveries can be made outside of the promised dates and times due to circumstances out of our control. If your delivery is late for any reason, please get in touch with customerservice@envior.co.uk and we will investigate this matter further. We reserve the right to cancel or amend delivery charges dependent upon order value and location. For deliveries further than stated above, please get in touch and we will be happy to provide you with a quote. All prices are excluding VAT.
Looking for fast-tracked delivery?
If you’re ordering on a Friday and you want to receive your order on Saturday – £25.00
If you want Next Day Delivery before 10:30am – £20.00
If you want Next Day Delivery before 12:00pm – £15.00

For deliveries to none mainland UK, there will be the below charges for all deliveries:
